Q&A with Martie Simmons 2019 NALSA President 

Former White House counsel Kathy H. Ruemmler will speak about her work as White House Counsel during the Obama Administration and the role executive branch lawyers play in upholding the rule of law.

The annual Environmental Breakfast Club brings together faculty and staff from across the University of Arizona campus to discuss works in progress on the environment and natural resources.

Students from Arizona Law's Innovation for Justice Program will collaborate with University of San Diego, Duke University and Harvard University to explore new legal solutions, conduct in-depth research and develop community resources and possible policy changes to support human trafficking survivors.

The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law has hired six new faculty members who will join the college at the beginning of the 2019-20 academic year.

Seventy-seven undergraduate law students received their undergraduate diplomas in Qingdao, China: a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the UA and a Bachelor of Laws from Ocean University of China. The commencement marked the first four-year cohort of UA micro-campus students – undergraduate law students dually enrolled in the UA and OUC – to graduate.
