Ashley Balducci is a Deputy District Attorney in the Civil Division of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office. She formerly worked as a Senior Deputy District Attorney for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office where she advised the Marijuana Enforcement Division of the Nevada Department of Taxation until regulatory oversight of the cannabis industry transferred to the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board on July 1, 2020. She obtained her license to practice law in Nevada in 2012. She has practiced both civil and criminal law in the public and private sectors.
