Bryan Schwartz teaches in the College of Law's legal writing program. His scholarship focuses primarily on emerging issues in criminal law, legal writing, and oral advocacy. Professor Schwartz is a graduate of University of Redlands and UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. He clerked for Chief Justice Mark Gibbons on the Nevada Supreme Court and practiced as a criminal prosecutor for the Clark County District Attorney's Office. Prior to joining the College of Law, he taught as an adjunct professor at William S. Boyd School of Law and as a visiting professor at George Washington Law School.
