She has appeared on Good Morning America, NPR’s Science Friday, PBS World, and the American Health Law Association, ‘Speaking of Health Law,’ podcast series. In addition to her legal scholarship, Professor’s Sklar’s commentary has been featured in a variety of news media outlets, including Axios, Bloomberg, FiveThirtyEight, Healthline, Law360, Mozilla, and The Verge, along with opinion pieces in The Conversation and Harvard Law School’s Bill of Health. Her forthcoming book, “Telehealth Law & Policy in a Nutshell,” is under contract with West Academic Publishing.

At Arizona Law, Professor Sklar launched and directs an online portfolio of over 35 Health Law & Policy courses at the graduate and undergraduate levels and five certificate programs. She developed this curriculum in collaboration with faculty across seven University of Arizona colleges and with industry leaders at global companies.
