After 20 years at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s William H. Bowen School of Law, The Journal of Appellate Practice and Process is moving to University of Arizona Law

“Being able to join the Arizona Law community and immediately make a positive impact is important and meaningful to me, especially during this troubling and uncertain time,” says Miguel-Stearns.

As a law school, we can, must, and will do and say more about systemic racism, racially motivated violence, inequality, police brutality, and elevating historically oppressed voices.
